1. Content Privacy and Confidentiality
All email, chat, voice or video calls sent or started by me originate in Switzerland and is subject to Swiss Privacy Laws. The content of any communication or its attachments may contain confidential information that is intended for the addressee(s) only. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution, retention or use of the contents of this information is illegal under the Swiss Law. If you have received an e-mail, chat in error, please immediately and permanently delete the e-mail or chat from your system.
2. GDPR Notice
While GDPR does not apply to Switzerland, the Draft of the Federal Act of Data Protection in Switzerland implements many of the EU GDPR requirements and ensures the safety of your personal data in any way. Storing emails in ProtonMail is encrypted (except the subject field) therefore implicitly GDPR compliant. Each communication channel security and privacy is detailed on the Contact page. Any direct communication with you is made exclusively related to a clear topic or object of discussion, and no communication will involve any third parties unless they are relevant for the topic.
3. Content Production
You are hereby notified that not all content is guaranteed to be manually produced. I reserve the right to use AI and language, either standalone, or existing/embedded into email clients, to help compile, optimize and increase productivity in my writing compositions, in part or in whole.
4. No Liability for Unintentional Transmission of Computer Viruses
Computer viruses can be transmitted via email or chats. The recipient should check this email and any attachments for the presence of viruses. E-mail and chat transmission cannot be guaranteed to be free of viruses, malware, ransomware. I do not accept liability for any damage caused by unintentionally transmiting viruses, malware, ransomware, errors or omissions in the contents of messages, which arise as a result of e-mail or chat or any other communication transmission.
5. Reduction of Waste
Please consider the option not to print this email on paper. Every unprinted email helps reduce waste, and hardcopies are in most cases no longer needed any more.
